I have been taking these for 2 months and so far I like them, I do feel slightly more energy and it might also be helping me loose some belly. I like that it's plant based capsules and natural nothing added.

Update 2.16.25 Coming back for more. Everyone in my family is using these now.Per my stomach I added sunflower 🌻 lecithin powder to my coffee, took a capsule of it too- NOW brand. Combined with some of the things mentioned below plus Acemannan, Peppermint Leaf capsules and lymph movers and it’s going way better.Update 12.28.25 I started these back again. They clear my sinuses immediately. We’ve been having “weird” weather as of late and this sea moss truly helps. I’m still doing Chlorella and spirulina too- I think those help as well but you can really tell a difference with the sea moss. I am going to muscle test and see if I need the bladder wrack. I have been taking the burdock somewhat regularly too. It’s hard to find organic sea moss without fillers by itself but this company has nailed it.*****These have positively impacted my gut health and clear out any sinus issues.
