Mood improvement with energy

I have tried a few different maca supplements and only more recently found that research shows that each of the colors has a bit different benefits. With the benefits I was primarily looking for being as a energy and gym enhancer, black maca is said to help with muscle building and stamina. Opening this glass bottle I found the scent to be very strong with a rich sweet nuttiness. The capsules are fairly average sized, a light tan color, and easy to take. The bottle lists a serving as a single capsule and contains one hundred capsules. The expiration date is listed at over two years out.

I like that the Maca is organic, third party tested and made in the USA, though sourced from Peru. I also like the blue glass bottle, it really shows they care about quality. I’ve taken Maca before but the quality has not been as high as this one.I can definitely feel a boost in my energy when I take it. I run and workout with weights and feel more focused mentally and stronger when I take this pre-workout. I have also read that it can help with stress. I’ve also opened the capsules and dumped the powder into my morning smoothie and sometimes directly into my mouth, some might not like the latter obviosuly because it's not sugar tasting, it tastes bitter, like Maca root I suppose.Back to the blue tinted bottle. When I am done with the capsules I wash and reuse the bottle for other supplements that normally come in plastic bottles. Better to store in glass than in plastic.This company seems to really care about a nice healthy clean product and package so I will continue to take it. 5 stars, a really good Maca.

Just a few days in and I can tell this supplement uses good quality Maca, and provides a reliable boost in energy without any caffeine. Single ingredient with no additives, certified organic and third party tested – all the good features I am looking for in a supplement are there.The lot number, manufacturing date and expiration date are printed on the cap: the one I got had a manufacturing date of 12/2023 and an expiration date of 12/2026, one and a half years away.
